Yes we offer free shipping in Canada and US on all orders over $95


How quickly will I receive my order

Your online order will be fulfilled within 2-4 days. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within three days we will send you an email immediately after your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order at that time you will be fully reimbursed. 

Shipping timelines are as follows

Standard Shipping 3 - 9 business day (once shipped)
Express Shipping 1 - 2 business days (once shipped)

Standard Shipping 4 - 12 business day (once shipped)

All orders receive automatic package tracking. International orders may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for packaged returned to us.

I did not receive an email with automatic package tracking

Please check your junk folder as some emails from us may end up there. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please send a message and we will be happy to resend.


Do you offer free local pickup in Calgary

We offer free local pickup at DYP Refillery in Parkdale - 3a Parkdale Crescent NW, Calgary, AB T2N 3T8

Once you have selected free pickup at checkout you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will then receive another email once your order is ready for pick up. 

Please be sure to check in with their store hours before visiting. These can be found on their website

Do you ship to the US

Yes we are excited to announce that we ship to the US. Your order will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your items have been shipped. Simply Polished is not responsible for delays and fees associated with customs.



My order is marked as delivered but I have yet to receive my package

We're sorry to hear this. If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 3 business days before sending us an email. It is not unusual for a confirmation of delivery to happen prior to a package being received. 

We also recommend that you check with your concierge or neighbours to see if they received the package for you.


I received an order with damaged or incorrect items 

We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of your items in the package they were received in and email us within 3 business days. We are more than happy to rectify any issues with your order.



We want you to be happy with the products you have purchased and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your items we provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
